Levaquin Tendonitis

A few years ago when I took Levaquin I ended up with Plantar Fascitis in both feet. Recently, I took it again and ended up with a complex tear of the medial meniscus of my knee as well as joint effusion. It is extremely painful and may end up requiring surgery.
